Inventory

This screen shows the Finished Inventory at the Supplier Location.

Inventory Screen

From this screen, you can view and edit the inventory for all of your parts. Inventory quantities are used to calculate the Available Percentage (Avail %) column on the Parts Summary Screen.

NOTE: There are 2 modes to the Inventory screen: manual and automatic. If you are configured for Automatic Mode, you will not be able to directly modify (i.e.: edit/delete) inventory quantities here (they will be handled via the automatic FTP upload).

Manual mode: (displayed here) allows you to manually adjust the individual quantities for each part. Manage the inventory quantities by using the edit icons in the grid (see # 2 below).

Automatic mode: When this mode is configured, you designate a formatted (CSV) file to be uploaded via FTP to our server. The file is parsed and imported into the inventory management system. So, inventory quantities can be automatically maintained at your location, and automatically propagated to our system. To configure Automatic mode, please contact Sun Hydraulics.

1. Add Part Number

If a part number is not listed in the grid, enter the Part Number in the space provided, and click the 'Add Part' button. A new row, with the part number, will be added to the grid below. You can then adjust the inventory quantity for that part by clicking the 'Edit' icon in the grid (see # 2 below).

2. Edit Inventory

Click the small, yellow pencil icon to change the quantity for that particular part. The [Last Modified] field will automatically be updated to the current date/time when you save your changes. Click the small, black 'X' icon to delete (clear) the quantity for the selected part. A blank/empty quantity equates to a zero (0) quantity.
