Shipments

This screen allows you to view all current shipments, and also add bulk shipments for all parts.

Suppliers with a large number of daily shipments will be interested in using the Bulk Shipment page. Bulk shipment allows the Supplier to enter shipment for multiple part numbers without having to switch back and forth between the Summary and Detail screens. You can Hide/Show the upper sections ('Add Bulk Shipments' and 'All Current Orders') by clicking the 'Hide >' link button at the top, right of the screen.

1. Add Bulk Shipments

Select a part, and enter shipment details. After you click the 'Add Shipment' button, a shipment will be added for the selected part, and be displayed in the 'All Outstanding Shipments' grid (see #3 below). The [Date Shipped] field will default to the current date, and the [Facility] field will default as well (if the particular part is handled by a single facility).

2. All current orders for part: XXXX

When you select a part in the 'Add Bulk Shipments' section (see #1 above), all current orders for that part are displayed in this grid. Orders in this grid are color-coded according to their [Due Date]. You can click on any column header to sort the grid by that field.

3. All Outstanding Shipments

All shipments, for all parts, are displayed in the grid here. You can click on any column header to sort the grid by that field.

Edit Shipment
Click the small, yellow pencil in the shipping grid to edit the shipment details. You will be able to edit the shipment data directly in the grid. After you are done, simply click on the 'Save' (disk icon) to save your changes.

Delete Shipment
Click the small, black 'X' in the shipping grid to delete the selected shipment.
